Post-arrival tests removed as entry requirement for Fiji

As managers of the booking system for Entry Test Fiji we are delighted to have played a role in protecting visitors, our community and the Fiji Tourism industry.

As the Entry Test comes to an end, all visitors and returning residents who prior to the 5th September had already booked and paid for a test should heed the Fiji Government’s advice. That is, travellers with pre-booked and paid in-country tests, prior to the effective date, are encouraged undertake the test for their safety and that of the Fijian community.

However, if the traveller(s) seek a refund instead, Entry Test will facilitate the request within 6-8 weeks.

Whilst we are able in the normal course of events to process refunds within a 5 -10-day timeframe, should a large number of travellers seek refunds, this will overwhelm our resources and depending on the volume, may take several weeks to clear.
