Yes. While the 3 night stay is no longer mandatory, the within 72 hour RAT test upon arrival must be booked prior to flying into Fiji from 7 April 2022.
If you’re staying at a hotel, you can book directly with them through this website. But if you intend to stay with friends and family, you can look up your town or city and choose the closest test facility that is located near your area of residence. We encourage you to note that prices for tests may differ depending on where you have booked.
While we continue to expand our testing facility coverage, if you intend to stay in areas with no COVID-19 testing facility, we advise you to stay in an area where you can get tested at least within 72 hours of arrival. Once you have a negative RAT, you are free to move around.
In the event your in-country COVID-19 test returns positive, you will be asked to isolate for 7 days at your place of residence when in Fiji. All primary/close contacts of the confirmed case will not be required to serve a quarantine period. However, all primary/close contacts need to monitor their COVID-19 symptoms during this period. After completing your 7 days, you will be able to receive a “fit to fly” certificate.

Payments can be made via MasterCard and Visa Cards using the ANZ E-Gate portal provided. The portal is only accepting Mastercard and Visa cards at this time.
Travellers 12 years and above will be required to undertake the in-country RAT.
In order to guarantee your in-country COVID-19 test, all bookings need to be pre-paid and payments need to be done via the provided ANZ E-Gate portal using Mastercard or Visa card once a booking is made.
Once you’ve paid for your test(s), the website will send you an email notification, confirming your booking and receipt of the transaction. You can use this to show confirmation of a paid booking.
Once you’ve pre-paid for your COVID-19 test, you’ll receive an email booking confirmation. Please show this email as your evidence prior to checking in for your flight or entry into Fiji borders.
If you want to amend or cancel your booking, All amendments for test appointments must be made directly on the embed “amend/cancel link at the bottom of the booking receipt email that is received by the traveller once they have successfully booked and pre-paid for a test prior to travelling to Fiji. This is important as it will allow any cancellation or amendment made to the booking to be directly sent to the originally booked test facility or resort service provider. Cancellations must only be done if the traveller is no longer travelling to Fiji or has changed their dates of travel. Should a traveller wish to cancel a booking due to inability to travel or other genuine circumstances, this should be made through the embed “amend/cancel link on the booking receipt email that is received by the traveller once they have successfully booked and prepaid for a test prior to travelling to Fiji. This is important as it will allow any cancellation or amendment made to the booking to be directly sent to the originally booked test facility or resort service provider. Any enquires for refund or complaints must be directed to the test facility/resort service provider from which the user or users have booked their appointment. Pacific Bedbank Pte Ltd does not have any duty or responsibility to handle complaints or deal with the approval of direct refund of payments made for purchase of test kits. The validity for which a refund can be applied for will be aligned to the Terms & conditions which a test facility or service provider have articulated or communicated to the traveller.
